Director's Statement
"Dreamer is a film for those who dream big but have no control over what stops those dreams from coming true. I was drawn to this short from the very beginning because of how likable and bubbly Fran was. He reminded me of the people I knew in my life and how against all odds, they still followed their dreams. We may come from circumstances that are not the best, but we'll make the best of any situation."
