Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
You will receive two emails after you purchase the ticket.
Order Confirmation Email - this is sent at the time of purchase
Virtual Access Email - this includes a direct link to the film or event and will be sent.
If you purchase the ticket before the streaming opens, the virtual access email will be sent one hour before the film or event is available to watch.
If you purchase the ticket after the film is already viewable, you will receive the email within minutes of your first order confirmation email.
This ‘virtual access’ email also includes a 9-digit voucher code. You don’t need to enter this code to access the film online, but will require this if you have Roku, Apple TV or Amazon Fire and prefer to watch the film directly on your TV. For more details, check out Elevent’s Virtual Events Technical FAQ page.

You can stream the film anytime during the streaming period. When you are ready to watch the films, open your virtual access code email and press "PLAY."
Please note that films will be available for only 48 hours after pressing “PLAY” for the first time. And once you've seen 95% or more of the film you won't be able to replay it.

-
You will need to be based in the United States, have a valid email address, a valid festival pass or a film ticket, and a device—a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
-
For security reasons, you must view your program on the same Wi-Fi network or Internet connection. Once you start your stream in one location, you cannot continue viewing it in another location or on a different network. For example, if you start watching at home and try to restart at a friend’s house, you will receive this error message.
You can use different devices in one location if they are using the same network. For example, if you start watching on a TV and switch to a tablet or laptop, they both need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
If you believe you’re receiving the message in error, please contact us at pridefullofficial@gmail.com.
