Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • No. Your festival pass (either PrideFull Pass or Virtual Pass) allows single access to the PrideFull Fest 2025 and is not shareable. For streaming, your pass only allows one view per film at a time. For in-person screenings, the attendee's name should match with the festival holder's name.

  • You can purchase tickets for other people, but the voucher code associated with your virtual ticket cannot be used more than once. A voucher code will unlock the film for streaming when the viewer enters the streaming site.

  • Yes! Go to the pass sales page and simply click the checkbox that says "This is a gift".

Once you complete the checkout, you will receive a button, link, and gift code--you can give any of these to your intended recipient after purchase. In most cases, recipients claim their gifts online, registering an account in the process if they are new. If they haven't set up an Elevent account, they'll be prompted to set a password upon logging into the screening portal for the first time.

  • All pass and ticket purchases are final upon payment and non-refundable. Before you make the purchase, please read the FAQ page to make sure you can fully access and enjoy the festival.

If you have any questions or uncertainty, please reach the PrideFull team at pridefullofficial@gmail.com before you make the purchase. All sales are final.

  • Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime.

To guarantee admission, we highly recommend arriving at the venue 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. PrideFull reserves the right to sell any empty seats after the show starts.

Please note that entrance is not permitted 20 minutes after the start time of the event.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless noted otherwise. All rights reserved.

  • All the venues are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate wheelchair seating with companion seats. If you need wheelchair spaces and companion seats, please contact the PrideFull team at pridefullofficial@gmail.com after you purchase the tickets, and let the ticketing staff know upon your arrival.

All-gender, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available.

  • We encourage you to wear masks at in-person events. Masks will be available upon request.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, or muscle aches and pains or chills, we kindly ask you to stay home. Please email us at pridefullofficial@gmail.com if this is the case, and we will send you a link to stream the film(s) so you can enjoy them from home. Thank you for your coordination to keep our community safe!

  • You will receive two emails after you purchase the ticket.

    1. Order Confirmation Email - this is sent at the time of purchase

    2. Virtual Access Email - this includes a direct link to the film or event and will be sent.

If you purchase the ticket before the streaming opens, the virtual access email will be sent one hour before the film or event is available to watch.

If you purchase the ticket after the film is already viewable, you will receive the email within minutes of your first order confirmation email.

This ‘virtual access’ email also includes a 9-digit voucher code. You don’t need to enter this code to access the film online, but will require this if you have Roku, Apple TV or Amazon Fire and prefer to watch the film directly on your TV. For more details, check out Elevent’s Virtual Events Technical FAQ page.

  • Search your inbox for donotreply@mail.goelevent.com. Remember to check your 'other,’ spam or junk folders.

  • You can stream the film anytime during the streaming period. When you are ready to watch the films, open your virtual access code email and press "PLAY."

Please note that films will be available for only 48 hours after pressing “PLAY” for the first time. And once you've seen 95% or more of the film you won't be able to replay it.

  • Yes. All of the films are geo-blocked to the United States, so you'll need to be physically in the United States to be able to stream the films.

  • You will need to be based in the United States, have a valid email address, a valid festival pass or a film ticket, and a device—a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

  • For security reasons, you must view your program on the same Wi-Fi network or Internet connection. Once you start your stream in one location, you cannot continue viewing it in another location or on a different network. For example, if you start watching at home and try to restart at a friend’s house, you will receive this error message.

You can use different devices in one location if they are using the same network. For example, if you start watching on a TV and switch to a tablet or laptop, they both need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

If you believe you’re receiving the message in error, please contact us at pridefullofficial@gmail.com.

  • You can watch content on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running OSX 10.12+. You can also watch virtual films or event on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari.
